An Ambassador For His Generation

George is a social activist and a peace ambassador for his generation; He strives to connect with diverse youth communities through influence in peace, love and compassion. He is a Peace maker and a reconciler who is actively engaging young people from diverse backgrounds In Kenya and Somalia to empower themselves to transform their communities.

In Kenya’s worst election conflict, George also consulted and advised the Africa Union and United Nations backed Kenya Mediation and Dialogue Committee of Eminent African Leaders led by HE Kofi Annan on a Youth Relevant National Dialogue Road map, the Political settlement agenda, and the post – negotiated Kenya, Agenda Four. George is also a lead advisor for Somali Youth Partners; a youth led initiative to pacify, reconcile and reconstruct Somalia.

George shares a deep concern for the world’s poor and is passionate to making the planet a better place by ridding it of extreme poverty, ensuring environmental sustainability, protecting human rights of the minorities and the vulnerable, and empowering young people.

In his commitment to service and peace-making, George has initiated numerous social justice campaigns in various fields, including politics, media, academia, the arts, and volunteer associations. George George was recently named a British Council – Global Change Maker for his commitment to social justice.
